Hand-cranked & made to order.

Chainstitch embroidery has a long history of providing unique, beautiful embellishments on performance outfits for stage musicians, branding on work uniforms, patches for letterman jackets and more. The needle is guided by a hand crank under the table and the machine is operated without computer technology so each piece is expertly made and truly unique. I am excited to be a part of chainstitch embroidery history with Loop 306 while also bringing the practice into the 21st century with modern designs and a unique approach as an illustrator. Reach out to explore what is possible and how you can be a part of the future of chainstitch embroidery!

Why Loop 306?

I grew up in San Angelo, TX where it only takes about 15-20 mins to drive from one side of town to the other. And if you take Loop 306, a roadway that encircles a large part of the city, it’s even faster. When I picked up chainstitching after doing hand embroidery for years, I knew I wanted for there to be some kind of clear callback to my hometown in how I named this business, especially with the history of chainstitch embroidery in Western wear. Loop 306 seemed like the perfect choice considering the shapes of each stitch, hardware of the machine, and how - like the roadway it’s named after - I am able to still create embroidery but through an expedited method. I haven’t lived in Texas since I was 18 but I like knowing I have this way to connect back to my roots.
